There are two management modes, namely:
1. Non- Discretionary Mode
Here the clients will give instructions regarding the management of their portfolio i.e. they advise on stocks to buy and/or sell. However, SSL can still offer advice or tips where necessary but client decides ultimately.
2. Discretionary Mode
Here SSL takes over the management of the portfolio. SSL will furnish clients with relevant information on a regular basis and upon request
